On February 10, 2010, take a “Romantic Dinner For Two” cooking class at Hale Halawai in Kailua-Kona. 

Join this cooking demonstration class sponsored by the Hawai‘i County Department of Parks & Recreation’s Culture & Arts division, and learn to delight your loved one with an impressive, yet simple to make menu. The menu includes Fresh Island Fish with Vegetables en Papillote (”cooked in a pouch”), Vanilla and Spice Potatoes, and Fruit Crepes topped with Chocolate Whipped Cream.

The $15 class fee includes food tasting and recipes.
