What’s the best way to anyone’s heart? Through their stomach of course! Join this cooking demonstration class and learn to delight your loved one with an impressive, yet simple to make menu. The menu will include Fresh Island Fish with Vegetables en Papillote (or “cooked in a pouch”), Vanilla and Spice Potatoes, and Fruit Crepes topped with Chocolate Whipped Cream.

The class will be held at Hale Halawai in downtown Kailua-Kona on Wednesday February 10, 2010 from 5:30 to 7 pm. Class fee of $15 includes food tasting and recipes.
