We talked a couple weeks ago about where kids stay free on the Big Island. Today, let’s take a look at some restaurants where kids eat free.

At Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa, kids 5 and under dine free in the resorts restaurants when accompanied by a paying adult. Children ages 6 to 12 receive a 50% discount.

The Hilton Waikoloa Village offers a “Keiki Eat Free” program. Keiki (kids) under four enjoy kid-friendly dining at selected on-property restaurants, when accompanied by an adult paid entree:

• KPC:  Soup of the day OR Cheeseburger with Fries
• Lagoon Grill: ‘Lil Dog with carrots, fruit or Maui chips OR Hot Dog
• Big Island Breakfast or Brunch: Breakfast buffet or brunch
• Imari Japanese Steak House: Cucumber Roll OR Tempura Chicken Nuggets
• Boat Landing Pavilion: PB&J raisins, M&M’s and a banana OR Grilled Cheese Sandwich OR Kid’s Veggies
• Luau:  Dinner buffet

The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel Kids Eat FREE Program is valid through September 30, 2009. Children 12 years and younger eat FREE when dining with their parents at the following resort dining venues:

• Manta & Pavilion Wine Bar
• Number 3
• Hau Tree
• Sunday Brunch
• Luau
• Clambake

And at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel kids eat free at:

• Ocean Terrace
• Beach Bar
• Coast Grille
• Let’s Go Crabbing

At the Fairmont Orchid, children under five eat free in all restaurants when dining with a parent. Keiki eat free at:

• Brown’s Beach House
• Ocean Bar
• Norio’s Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar
• The Orchid Court

Every Tuesday, receive a free entree from the IHOP Kids Menu with each full priced entree purchased from the regular menu. Good for kids 12 and under at the Hilo location. This offer is good for a limited time only; please call ahead to verify: 808-959-2600

And don’t forget that Kids Eat Free on Tuesdays 4-10 p.m. at Denny’s.
